Thank you for choosing to book with R&J Exclusive Guest House a "home away from home". We look forward

to welcoming you. When you make this booking, you are entering an agreement with us.

Please read our terms

and conditions of booking below.

1. PRICES: The price includes accommodation plus any board indicated and VAT. Catering services is

optional, (Make request if needed). Unless otherwise, all extras such as meals and drinks are to handle

by the customer. We accept the following forms of payment: cash, bankers’ card, debit cards, credit

cards, mobile banking transfer and POS system. Credit cards.

2. CANCELLATION AND INSURANCE: Once you have booked your stay, our agreement is a legal contract

and any deposit you may have paid is non-refundable. Our cancellation policy for booking less than five

days is that any cancellations should be given with 48 hours notice prior to the stay. For any booking

over five days, it will incur 50% deposit charge of a day which is non-refundable. We do kindly urge you

to comply with us.

3. NON-AVAILABILITY: We would only cancel your booking if your accommodation was unavailable for

reasons beyond our control. We would refund all monies paid by you. Our liability would not extend

beyond this refund.

4. CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is from 12:00pm If you want to check in before 12:00pm please give us

a call-in advance. Your bill balance for the accommodation is payable on arrival.

5. CHECK-OUT TIME: Please be ready to leave your accommodation by 11:50AM on the day of departure,

unless otherwise arranged. Your any extras services taken during your stay is payable on departure.

6. DAMAGES, BREAKAGES A KEY LOST: Please take care with our accommodation facilities. You are

responsible and liable for any breakages or damage that is caused while you occupy the apartment

including any accidents that may occur. If any damage is caused, you are responsible up to the full cost

of replacement or repair. The costs will be taken from the additional 50% charge used to secure the

booking or pay for the stay. This also applies to anything that goes missing from your room during your

stay.

7. LIABILITY: We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss or injury to any member of your party or

any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or our employees

or contractors whilst acting in the course of employment.

8. PARKING: We provide free parking at the front of the Guest House to our guests. It is guest own risk to

park at the Guest House.

9. INTERNET ACCESS: We provide free wireless access internet. Please make sure your laptop and mobile

devices have wireless function to browse internet. As the service is beyond our control, we could not

guarantee internet access quality.

10. NO SMOKING: The seating room area and guest bedrooms in side the building is non smoking. Should

you found to be smoking in your room a charge of #10,000 Naira will be made on you to cover the extra

cleaning of furnishings and fabrics. There are designated smoking spots for smokers. Please Note that

the apartment is installed with smoke detector alarm device.

11. PETS: Pets are not permitted.
